Reserve Your Chandelier Installation Appointment
This page is for clients who have already received an approved written quote and signed work order from ChandelierInstallation.net. Installation time cannot be reserved until the required quote approval, signed work order, and reservation deposit steps are completed.
Important — Please Read Before Booking
This scheduling page is only for clients with an approved quote and signed work order. If you have not yet received a written quote, please do not proceed with booking. Instead, contact us to request a project evaluation and estimate.
The project scope includes only the services specifically listed on your approved invoice or work order. All services are itemized and billed individually. No additional work or services are included unless explicitly listed. Any additional requests require a separate quote and written approval before proceeding.
To reserve your approved installation date, a non-refundable reservation deposit is required. The required deposit amount is shown on your approved invoice or work order and may vary by project. Payment alone does not guarantee scheduling. Appointments are manually confirmed after the required deposit is received.
Please make sure your chandelier or lighting fixture has been delivered and is on site before booking. Furniture, artwork, and fragile items must be cleared from the work area before arrival. We cannot move furniture. The reservation deposit may be forfeited if the project is not ready or if the appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
This reservation and base installation pricing do not include ceiling reinforcement, framing modifications, attic access, or structural support work unless specifically quoted in writing. If additional support is required to safely install any fixture, it will be identified on site and quoted separately for approval before proceeding.
How Reservation Works

Approved Quotes Only
If you have not received an approved quote, use the Contact page to request an evaluation and estimate before trying to reserve an appointment.

Reserve Installation
Select a date/time and submit the booking form. Requests are reviewed to confirm eligibility and scheduling.

Pay Your Reservation Deposit
After submitting the form, pay the required non-refundable reservation deposit listed on your approved invoice or work order.

Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed once the required deposit is received and the appointment has been manually approved.
Tip: For faster quote review, text photos of the fixture and ceiling area to 404-984-7900 and reference the name, email, and service address used on your quote request.

Please include the customer name or invoice number listed on your work order.
Cancellation Policy
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable and secures your scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- If the fixture has not arrived, the site is not ready, or access is not available, the deposit may be forfeited.
- Balance is due immediately upon completion unless other arrangements are confirmed in writing.
