Ceiling or attic access is an à la carte allowance for inspections, support review, security-cable access, or other work requiring attic/ceiling access. Do not select it separately when the only access need is already included with a selected safety cable installation.

Assembly and crystals

Physical assembly, internal arm wiring, and crystal attachment are separate items. Some chandeliers are ready to hang directly from the box, while others require assembly, wiring, crystals, or manual review.

Safety cable

Some chandeliers include a factory-provided or already attached safety cable. Selecting safety cable installation includes the required attic, ceiling, or structural access allowance for that safety-cable work. Separate attic or ceiling access should only be selected if a separate inspection or additional access work is needed.

Chandelier cleaning

Chandelier cleaning is priced separately by fixture size and is based on standard reachable access to the fixture body. It does not include ceiling access, attic access, chain work, lift installation, repair work, or removal/reinstallation unless separately selected.

Repair / troubleshooting

Repair work usually requires manual review because the final scope depends on parts, wiring condition, access, fixture age, and whether the fixture is installed or removed.

Sconce / wall fixture project

Sconce projects may require manual review depending on wall access, box location, switching, dimmers, drywall/plaster conditions, and fixture quantity.

Crating, shipping, storage, or transport

Crating, shipping, storage, and transport require manual pricing because the quote depends on fixture size, fragility, value, parts count, pickup/delivery logistics, and materials.

Multiple fixtures / custom project review

Use this option for projects involving several fixtures, mixed services, unusual access, out-of-town coordination, fixture storage, or custom scheduling. The preliminary total may not reflect the full final scope until reviewed.
