How to Accept and Sign Your Chandelier Installation Quote
If you received an online quote or estimate for chandelier installation, removal, cleaning, repair, relocation, or related fixture service, use the steps below to view the proposal, accept it, and complete the signature process.
Important: Your project is not scheduled until the quote is accepted, signed when required, and any required deposit or prepayment has been received. If you have questions before accepting, text or call 404-984-7900.

Open your quote email and click “View Estimate”
After your estimate is prepared, you will receive an email with a link to view the estimate online. Scroll toward the bottom of the email and click the green View Estimate button.
The estimate number usually appears in the email and on the estimate page.
The email may also include project notes, estimate details, and instructions.
Use the link in the email to open the online estimate portal.
Step 1: Open the estimate email and click the View Estimate button.

Review the estimate and click “Accept”
Once the estimate opens, review the scope, total amount, notes, and terms. To proceed, click the red Accept button near the top of the estimate page. You may also decline if you do not want to proceed.
Confirm that the project description matches the work requested.
Review the total, notes, and terms before accepting.
Contact us before accepting if anything needs to be revised.
Step 2: Click Accept on the online estimate page when you are ready to proceed.

Choose a signature option and click “Sign and Accept”
After clicking Accept, choose how you want to sign. You can draw your signature, type your name, or upload a signature image. Enter your email address, then click the red Sign and Accept button.
Choose one signature method: draw, type, or upload.
Enter the email address requested in the signature window.
Click Sign and Accept to complete the quote approval.
Step 3: Add your signature, enter your email address, and click Sign and Accept.
